Processing Time Each artwork is carefully packaged before dispatch. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Destinations I ship worldwide, including all EU countries. All orders are shipped from Lithuania.
Delivery Times
- Lithuania: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders.
Packaging All original artworks are packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Large works may be shipped in a tube or on a stretcher frame depending on the piece.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact me within 48 hours at kristinanorvilaite@yahoo.com. I will do my best to resolve the situation promptly.
