Return & Refund Policy

Commissioned & Custom Artworks All commissioned and custom-made artworks are created specifically for the buyer and are therefore exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. These sales are final and non-refundable.

Ready-Made Original Artworks In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify me at kristinanorvilaite@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, at your own expense, within 14 days of notifying me. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

I reserve the right to deduct from the refund any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.

Damaged in Transit If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact me within 48 hours of delivery at kristinanorvilaite@yahoo.com. I will work with you to file a shipping claim. I do not issue refunds for transit damage but will do my best to find a fair resolution.
